1. Data Controller
ReserBee (“we”, “our”) operates the services available through reserbee.app, related admin panels, contact forms, and optional integrations. This policy applies to the public website, the product interface, and related services made available to businesses using ReserBee.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, billing details, contact form submissions, messages, bookings, customer data, business settings, and other content you upload or submit through ReserBee.
We also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device identifiers, browser type, visited pages, error logs, operational metrics, and product usage events to secure, maintain, and improve the service.
If you enable Google features, we may also process Google account data such as your basic profile information and the Google Calendar data required to display, create, update, or sync calendars, bookings, and availability. We only request the Google permissions needed for the feature you choose to use.
3. Purpose of Processing
We use personal data to:
- provide, maintain, and improve ReserBee;
- authenticate users and secure accounts;
- process bookings, payments, communications, and support;
- enable optional integrations such as Google Calendar or Sign in with Google;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal Basis
Depending on the context, processing is based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is required.
5. Data Recipients
We may share data with trusted service providers that help us operate ReserBee, including hosting, infrastructure, email, analytics, payments, messaging, monitoring, and integration providers acting on our behalf or on behalf of the business using the platform.
These providers may include services such as Cloudflare, Stripe, and other tools connected by the customer. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use Google user data for purposes other than those disclosed in this policy.
6. Google User Data and Permissions
When you connect a Google service, we use Google user data only to provide the user-requested functionality, such as authentication or calendar synchronization. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or secure the requested feature and as permitted by applicable Google policies.
You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings or by asking us to disconnect the integration.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods vary depending on the data type and context.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.
To make a request, email [email protected].
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown above. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies.
