Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ReserBee, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ReserBee provides booking and operations software, professional websites, CRM tools, automation features, and payment or calendar integrations for businesses.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, account information, and all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use ReserBee to:

  • violate applicable law or third-party rights;
  • interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the platform;
  • upload malicious code, spam, or unlawful content; or
  • attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, data, or systems.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Some ReserBee features rely on third-party services such as Stripe or Google Calendar. Your use of those features may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third party provider.

6. Billing and Payments

Fees are generally charged in EUR unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions and services are billed according to the plan or commercial agreement in place. Payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorized provider.

Except where required by law or where a specific refund policy has been offered, accrued fees are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation and Suspension

You may stop using the service or cancel according to your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, payment obligations are not met, or continued access creates a legal or security risk.

8. Intellectual Property

ReserBee software, branding, design, documentation, and related materials remain the property of ReserBee or its licensors. Content you upload remains yours or your licensors', but you grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display it in order to provide the service.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, improve, or remove parts of the service from time to time. We aim to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ReserBee is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity arising from use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown above. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated terms apply.
